Kristin Davis Corn
Dental Hygienist
Kristin grew up in North Little Rock and graduated from UAMS Dental Hygiene School in 2010. She began working at CAFD in June 2013. Her friendly personality, positive attitude, and professionalism make her a wonderful addition to our team! Kristin enjoys crafting with her kids, painting, cooking, and watching movies. She and her husband, Brent, have two young sons, Bennett and Sutter. Their sons and their fur babies Eleanor, Emma Watson, & Phoebe Buffay keep them entertained! They are active members of First United Methodist Church in Bryant.

Rebecca Jenkins

Rebecca moved to Arkansas from sunny California when she was almost 10 years old.
She graduated from UCA in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. In 2023, she graduated from UAMS with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the CAFD family right after graduation from hygiene school. Her passion for dental hygiene and her tender, caring heart are so appreciated by her patients. She and her husband, Jeff, have two wonderful daughters, Lainey and Alana. They also have a Shetland Sheepdog named Winslow and three pet chickens, Ray, Aurora, and Bell. Rebecca enjoys hiking, skiing, backpacking, exercising, doing home improvement projects, traveling and experiencing other adventures with her family.

Molly Kucginski

Molly is a native Arkansan and graduated in 2013 from the University of Tennesee Dental Hygiene School. She began working part-time at CAFD in 2014. Her out-going, energetic, friendly personality is appreciated by patients and co-workers. She and her husband, Logan, have three precious daughters: Scarlett Kay, Savannah Mae and Rosie MCCrae. Molly enjoys homeschooling her girls on the days she isn't working at CAFD. They are members of The Summit Church Conway. Sarah Solberg
Dental Assistant

Sarah was born right outside of Houston, Texas, and moved to Arkansas when she was 5 years. She grew up in Maumelle. She graduated from high school with Home Educators of Little Rock in 2016 and worked as a full time nanny until 2022 when she became a Dental Assistant. She started working part-time at CAFD in June of 2023 and works as a nanny on the days she’s not at CAFD. Sarah works primarily in our kids treatment room and her experience as a nanny is an invaluable resource in her role as a pediatric dental assistant. She loves spending her free time outdoors, reading, spending time with friends and family, and being involved at The Summit Church.

April Hill
Dental Assistant

April was born in Riverside, CA, and moved to Arizona when she was seven years old. She obtained her Dental Assisting Certifications from Carington College in 2007 and an Associates of Science from Estrella Community College in 2011. She became an Arkansan in 2015 and felt like moving to Arkansas was like finding the best kept secret! She joined the CAFD family in October of 2023. April met her husband in Arkansas and she enjoys spending time with her husband and children when she's not working. She is a great cook and enjoys cooking for her family and friends.

Sarah Phipps
Front Office Coordinator
Sarah grew up in North Little Rock and Conway and is a proud Arkansan. She gradutated from Missouri State University in 2006 with a bachelors degree in Animal Science and in 2008 a masters degree in Natural and Applied Sciences. Sarah joined the CAFD team in September 2018 after transitioning back from living and working in China as an English teacher. She loves traveling and meeting people from other cultures, riding horses, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, Kristofer, and her son Theodore and three step children Kristina, Alexis, and William. In her free time she also teaches horseback riding lessons at Dutch Acres Farm in Jacksonville.

Marty Heard
Office Manager & Front Office Coordinator

Dr. Heard and his wife, Marty, work as a team to keep things running smoothly. Marty works as a Front Office Coordinator and also behind the scenes doing the accounting, insurance and billing, and marketing. She and Dr. Heard have been married since 1997 and they have three children: Grace, Leigha, & Noah. When she isn't working, Marty enjoys spending time with family & friends, participating in Bible studies, and relaxing at Lake Ouachita or in their awesome treehouse! She and Dr. Heard are active members of The Summit Church in North Little Rock.
